Your booking will be held for 5 working days.  However, if payment is not received within this time, your booking will automatically be cancelled. Please be sure to send your payment through at the same time as your booking details to avoid cancellation.

Important Information

Please note that we are required to follow strict government regulations, and so the following documents are needed from you by Monday, 26 February 2018 in good quality, colour jpg format (Max Size: 250KB per file.). Please avoid smartphone uploads:

  • A Copy of Government Issued Valid ID (One of the following: Passport, Voters ID Card, Driving License or Employee ID Card)

Without proper documentation, your arrival check-in will be severely delayed. Therefore, please follow the guidelines below and upload the necessary documents required NOW to the following Dropbox link: https://www.dropbox.com/request/TQrA3gGvtvQZyrso9IXa

One document set per person is needed. If in a group/family, each member will need to provide his / her own documentation.

Please ensure all files names are saved under your full name followed by ticket type and the documentation type (“passport”, “voters ID card”, etc.)

For any documents not saved in this manner, they will not be accepted by our system.
