Ali’s yoga journey began 25 years ago during her pregnancy with her youngest son. With a background in mental health and trauma work, she was naturally drawn to the therapeutic power of yoga—practices that had already supported her deeply in her own life.
Her first teacher training took place in Ibiza, where she studied Yin Yoga with the intention of integrating these tools into her therapeutic work. From there, her path expanded to include 200-hour Vinyasa and Kirtan (Bhakti Yoga) trainings, Advanced Yin, and a 300-hour training at Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh with Anand Mehrotra.
Ali’s practice is rooted in Bhakti Yoga, using mantra, meditation, and chanting to open the heart. She loves weaving these devotional practices into her offerings, creating spaces for deep connection and inner transformation.
After many journeys to India, Ali now feels called to guide others there—inviting students to immerse in authentic practice, experience the spiritual richness of the land, and grow in ways that only India can offer. She believes we are all eternal students, walking the path of learning and evolution together.
