Lan Xin is the founder of Chan Yoga, a researcher at the Tsinghua University Institute of Natural Therapy, a lecturer of light at the Hongkong Wei’en Zen School, and has been invited as a yoga meditation instructor at Fudan University in China.  She began to study yoga in 2003, and has since gone on to study Zen, teh I-Ching, TCM, Ayurveda and natural therapy.  Lan Xin has taught throughout China and all over the world, and brings her knowledge of yoga and meditation from both her studies and her personal experience in perfect fusion to her classes.  She helps guide students in calm, Vipassana reflection, allowing them to reach the oneness of body, mind and spirit, to gain insight on the truth of life, wisdom, and radiate joy.
