Parmarth Niketan and International Yoga Festival hosted a special 6th annual International Day of Yoga celebration, presented with Ministry of Culture & Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, in partnership with Uplift Connect, Unify and Unity Earth.
With blessings from Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji, the online event was beautifully inaugurated by the Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Culture & Tourism (I/C) Shri Prahlad Singh Patel and the Hon’ble Union Minister of State for AYUSH (I/C) Shripad Naikji.
The special online celebration was moderated by Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswatiji and included music from world-famous percussionist Sivamani, the soulful Runa Rizvi Sivamani, and divine Vedic mantras from Sadhvi Abha Mataji. Renowned Yogacharyas from across the world joined the panel including Bharat Mitra, Deepika Mehta, Tommy Rosen, Kia Miller, Anand Mehrotra, Ira Trivedi, Janet Atwood, Saul David Raye & Laura Plumb.
