The Raju family comes from a long line of distinguished vaidyas (ayurvedic physicians) going back for generations on both the mothers’ and fathers’ sides. They are native to Telangana, India, and have lived in Hyderabad and practiced Ayurveda there for more than 30 years at their clinics in Champapet and Sahara States. With decades of experience and success in treating the full range of diseases, from prevention to seemingly incurable, the Raju Vaidyas work tirelessly treating thousands of patients who come to their clinics from over 50 countries worldwide. Their training began in early childhood under the experienced tutelage of their famous Grandfather, Vaidya Dr. Lakshmi Narasimha Raju and their distinguished father, Vaidya Dr. B.A. Raju.
The Rajus have successfully treated numerous illnesses, including numerous gynecological disorders, complicated infertility and the rare MRKH syndrome, cancer, piles, fistula, brain tumors, kidney & gallstone removal without surgery, macular degeneration, physiological disorders (downs syndrome, mental retardation, etc.), and many other seemingly “incurable” diseases. They are documenting these cases at Dr. Raju’s Institute of Ayurveda in Hyderabad, India, and Maharishi Institute of Medical Sciences in Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi, India.
Dr. A.V. Raju holds a bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda from Gulbarga University (1997), Karnataka, India; Diploma in Yoga and Ayurveda (2003), Pune, Maharashtra, India; Certificate Course in Kshara Sutra Therapy;
And an M.D. Ayurveda in Panchakarma (2008) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, India (MD Thesis: “A Comparative Study of Shukra Karaka Basti and Madhuka Yoga in Sukra Kshya (Olio Spermia).
