Swami Yoganandaji is a 103-year-old yoga proponent who is a living example of the benefits of yoga on maintaining health and fitness.

He has been practicing Sukshma Vyayam Yoga (an ancient simple form of yoga and stretching-induced relaxation) since the age of seventeen.  He resides at Parmarth Niketan and teaches Sukshma Vyayam and Laughing Yoga to residents and students at Parmarth.
